I am a humanitarian photographer and storyteller from Spain, now based in the San Francisco Bay Area. My life’s work is devoted to using photography to amplify the stories of women and children around the world. Through my images, I seek to bring global communities closer together and foster a deeper awareness of diverse cultures through art and education.

For more than thirty years, I have collaborated with international initiatives focused on expanding access to clean and safe water. Through this work, I document the profound social impact of water scarcity on families and communities. My photography highlights the resilience of women and children who walk long distances to collect water, the transformation that occurs when wells are built, and the everyday dignity of communities working toward sustainable futures.

My work also extends to programs in education, healthcare, food security, and poverty alleviation. Through long-term visual storytelling, I have documented initiatives ranging from literacy and early childhood education to maternal health services and community food distribution. I create images that support outreach and advocacy efforts, helping organizations communicate their impact and strengthen connections with the communities they serve.

My current personal project focuses on documenting disappearing tribes in Kenya, India, Myanmar, and Mongolia. Through this work, I aim to preserve cultural heritage and bear witness to communities whose ways of life are increasingly at risk. Through portraits and scenes of daily activity—rituals, craftsmanship, and intergenerational knowledge—I strive to honor ancestral traditions, stories, and identities that are fading under the pressures of modernization and displacement.

Across all of my projects, I am drawn to intimate moments of daily life: women harvesting natural fibers, artisans preserving traditional crafts, children studying in newly built classrooms, and families gathering around shared resources that sustain their communities. My work emphasizes dignity, cultural continuity, and the quiet strength found in everyday labor.
